As we gear up for this year's event, we are re-introducing this monthly update to inform you about critical dates, new developments, and everything you need to know to maximize your participation. Exhibitor 50% Deposit Now Due

Important Notice: Deposits Due

Thank you to all organizations who have submitted their deposits on time – we appreciate your prompt payment.

For those with outstanding balances, please note the deposit deadline of January 15 has passed. As outlined in your exhibit space contract's Rules and Regulations, the 50% deposit for your booth space was due by January 15, 2025. This required deposit secures your space allocation and ensures your company is included in all pre-show promotions. Exhibitors who have not submitted their deposit by the deadline risk losing their booth location and may be relocated or waitlisted.

To process your payment, please log in to the Exhibitor Service Center to check your balance due and make your booth payment immediately.

    • Enter the email address that matches the contact on file with show management 
    • An email will be sent from Events IdP

Reminder – Important Details:

*    Exhibitor is responsible for the cost of the item, and any fees related to item production
*    All artwork for the marketing materials must be pre-approved by ACT before production. More instructions will follow when the reservation is made.
*    Marketing item sponsors receive recognition at the ACT Annual Meeting.
*    Items to be branded with your logo/graphic and the ACT Annual Meeting logo.
*    Full payment of the sponsorship fee is due in advance of production.
